Ingredients

Serves about 2-3 people
  1. About 200 grams (7 ounces) of your choice of ground meat (this time pork)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1/2carrot
  4. 2king oyster mushrooms (optional)
  5. 1-2 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 tablespooncurry powder
  7. 2 blockscurry roux
  8. 2 tablespoonsketchup
  9. 2 tablespoonsmilk
  10. 1bouillon cube
  11. 1 1/4 cupswater (300 ml)
  12. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop all the ingredients. Mince the garlic as finely as possible, and chop the rest as you like.

    Add oil and garlic to a pot or frying pan and turn on the heat. Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the onion and sauté well.
