Cooking Instructions

Finely chop all the ingredients. Mince the garlic as finely as possible, and chop the rest as you like.

Add oil and garlic to a pot or frying pan and turn on the heat. Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the onion and sauté well.

When the onion becomes soft and translucent, add the carrot and king oyster mushrooms and sauté.

Once somewhat cooked, add the ground meat and sauté well. Then add the curry powder and mix until well combined.

Add the ingredients marked with ● and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

Dissolve the curry roux into the mixture. Add any secret ingredients you like! For example, I add instant coffee.
