Delicious and Easy Keema Curry Using Store-bought Roux Delicious and Easy Keema Curry Using Store-bought Roux
I also make keema curry with curry powder, but when I don't have any powder in stock, I make a lot of curry by using store-bought roux, and then freezing it after letting it cool and wrapping them separately in plastic wrap. There was a lot of difference in taste when I made it with caramelized onions! The carrots are grated to save time.Make sure to freeze the onions by flattening them. It'll take time to cook if they're a thick block. I heard from a friend of mine who was watching the TV-show "Hanamaru Market" about the how-to of making caramelized onions.Skim off the scum if this bothers you. Recipe by Iku.. cookpad.japan -

I wanted to eat a simple yet delicious keema curry.Ground meat curry can be used like a sauce, so it's very handy. You can serve it on bread, turn it into a doria (rice gratin). It's sooo good. I usually use between 150-250 g of ground meat. For about 4 servings. Recipe by silk cookpad.japan -

Tomato Keema Curry Using Store-bought Curry Roux Tomato Keema Curry Using Store-bought Curry Roux
I thought keema curry was hard to make, but I was able to make this version easily using store-bought curry roux. The longer you simmer the curry, the more balanced the flavor will become. Take care not to let it burn by watching the heat and stirring it, and cook patiently to reduce the sauce. If you don't have canned tomatoes, use 3 fresh tomatoes instead. For 4 servings. Keema Curry Keema Curry
I love eating curry during the hot summer. I've been eating normal curry recently, but I wanted to try different one, so I made keema curry. This is my original recipe! The extra curry powder balances out the flavor of the tomatoes for a delicious, vegetable-packed curry. Adjust the amount of curry powder, and salt and pepper while tasting. That's the key. For 3 ~ 4 servings. Recipe by rira cookpad.japan -

Fiber-Rich Keema Curry Fiber-Rich Keema Curry
I love curry brimming with lots of minced vegetables,so I made this. Just cutting up some veggies and mixing them in makes it taste amazing! The fruit has a distinct flavor and uses Java Curry; it was improved by the spices more than I expected . My boyfriend ate it, and was really surprised. He ended up eating all of it... I guess you could say it's healthy, but maybe he ate too much? You can use regular mixed ground meat, but using 80% beef: 20% chicken makes it light. I used mixed raisins (California, Sultana, green), but you could use just one variety. For 4 servings. Recipe by ochikeron cookpad.japan -
