Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1.8 oz (50 g)thinly sliced pork
  2. 2–3 leaves cabbage
  3. 1/4 stalkgreen onion
  4. 1 packfrozen udon noodles
  5. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce (7.5 ml)
  6. 1/2 tablespoonsake (7.5 ml)
  7. 1/2 tablespoonmirin (7.5 ml)
  8. 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the cabbage into thick strips, slice the pork into thin strips, and cut the green onion diagonally.

    Mix the soy sauce, sake, mirin, and chicken bouillon powder together to make the sauce.

    Heat a frying pan with equal parts vegetable oil and sesame oil, then stir-fry the pork.

    When the pork is about 60% cooked, add the cabbage and a splash of sake, and continue stir-frying.

    When the cabbage softens, add the thawed udon noodles and green onion, and stir-fry.
