Ingredients

About 1/2 cup
  1. 3 1/2 ozsilken tofu
  2. 1 tablespoonmiso (preferably white miso)
  3. 1 tablespoonsake lees
  4. 1 teaspoonor more lemon juice
  5. 1 pinchblack salt (optional), pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the crumbled tofu, miso, sake lees, black salt, lemon juice, and pepper in a blender until smooth!

    If you're concerned about the alcohol in the sake lees, mix a small amount of water with the sake lees in a microwave-safe container and heat it in the microwave beforehand.
