I mixed cabbage with tuna mayo, which kids love. It's lower in calories than potato salad but still satisfying!

Ingredients

Serves 2 to 3 servings
  1. 5 1/3-7 ouncescabbage (about 150-200 grams)
  2. 1small can tuna
  3. 1/4 teaspoongranulated dashi
  4. 3-4 tablespoonsmayonnaise (adjust to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the cabbage and cut it into slightly thick strips.

    Place in a microwave-safe container and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes. (The image shows it in a 946ml Ziploc container.)

    Remove from the microwave and let it cool until you can squeeze it by hand. (If the cabbage is still hard, microwave a bit longer as needed.)
