  1. 1 cupmakhana
  2. 1/4 cupboiled green pease
  3. 1/4 cuppaneer cubes
  4. 1/4 cupKhoya & malai
  5. 1onion chooped
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. 1spoon Ginger garlic paste
  8. 2green chili chopped
  9. 1spoon chopped Coriander
  10. 1spoon oil
  11. 1 tspCumin seeds
  12. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  13. 1 tspRed chili powder
  14. 1 tspGarammasala
  15. 1 cupwater
  16. 2 tspSalt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a tawa & roast makhana on tawa.

  2. 2

    Grind onion tomato green chili ginger garlic.
    Heat a deep kadhai add oil cumin seeds.crackle it.
    Add onion paste.

    Add khoya & malai.cook for it for 5 minutes.add all spices.

    Fry it until release oil the edge of kadhai. Add water.
    Add boiled green pease & paneer.

    Add roast makhana. mix well properly.

  6. 6

    Hot serve vegetable with Missi roti & Naan.
