Ingredients

  1. 20 strandswaterleaf
  2. 15 strandsugu leaf known as pumpkin leaf
  3. 1stock fish head
  4. 10 piecesbeef
  5. 2table spoon ofcrayfish
  6. 1table spoon of dried pepper
  7. 1big onions
  8. 1big pomo
  9. 4 cubesmaggi
  10. pinchsalt
  11. 1big dry fish
  12. 2cooking spoon of palmoil
  13. 2small cup of periwinkle

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the meat before you Steam the meat together with the pomo, dried fish,periwinkle add your dried pepper and onions,salt,maggi when steaming all these add enough quantity of water allow it to boil for 15minute

    Allow the beef water that has been boiling remain very little inside the pot

    Then add palmoil

    Leave it to boil with the stock water for 3minute

  5. 5

    Then taste it to be sure the ingredients is enough

  6. 6

    Then add your washed sliced waterleaf leave it to boil for 2minute so that it does not bring out to much water

  7. 7

    Taste again to be sure the ingredients is enough

  8. 8

    Finally add ur pumpkin leaf known as (ugu).

  9. 9

    Ready to eat.
