Egg Sauce

It's my comfort food. I discovered egg suace and rice combo from my mum. This was my second time cooking egg sauce, and I made it for my boyfriend and I. Best paired with white rice (my personal opinion, though). It can be paired with yam, plantain, potatoes, bread, and even pastas.

Sig's Crispy Duck Egg with Herb, Honey and Mustard Sauce Sig's Crispy Duck Egg with Herb, Honey and Mustard Sauce
I love duck eggs , was just a little fed up with eating them just boiled. I thought of my other deep fried egg recipe on here, but wanted something a little different. Then I thought of making Scotch Eggs with them, but decided to just use flour, egg and breadcrumb mix instead. They make awesome very yellow sponge cakes too. They are heavier than chicken eggs, they usually work out about two duck eggs to three chicken eggs, but can vary hugely in size so weigh then up against chicken eggs. Sigrun -

Tomato Sauce Tomato Sauce
I learned this while I was abroad. This is an easy version that's light on the oil. It's a simple and delicious all-purpose sauce with no frills!Be sure not to burn the garlic when cooking it. You can make various versions by adding meat, vegetables, white sauce, sour cream, curry powder, etc. If you want to have a thicker sauce, you can add some katakuriko potato starch to adjust the thickness. Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce
I wanted to come up with a simple dish for dinner using sweet chili sauce. You can just chop up the tomato if you like, but I cut it into wedges to enjoy their fresh flavor. Don't stir fry the tomato for too long.Have you tried sweet chili sauce? It's a bit sour, sweet, and just a bit spicy. I'm addicted to it. It's ok for kids too if you adjust the amount!! I've really been into sweet chili sauce recently, and I use it to flavor chikuwa fish sticks and wiener sausages for bentos too. For 3 servings. Recipe by salada mama cookpad.japan -
