Ingredients

15 min cook 5 min prep
One flavor can serve up to 4 or 5 servings
  1. DashPepper
  2. 8large eggs
  3. Halfa cup milk
  4. Butter or canola spray
  5. Optional garnish and salsa
  6. Ham and Cheddar
  7. 3/4 Cupdiced ham
  8. 1/2 cupCheddar or Mexican cheese with extra for tops
  9. Optional onion
  10. Mozzarella black bean
  11. 1/2-1 canblack beans
  12. 1/2 cupmozzarella with extra for tops
  13. Mozzarella brocolli
  14. .5-1 cupfinely chopped broccoli
  15. 1/2 cupmozzarella
  16. Cheddar Chorizo
  17. 3 linkschorizo sausage
  18. 1/2 cupCheddar
  19. Optional onion
  20. Spinach
  21. Cupspinach
  22. 1/2 cupCheddar, mozzarella, or Mexican cheese

Cooking Instructions

15 min cook 5 min prep
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. 2

    Wisk the eggs with milk and pepper

  3. 3

    Chop the necessary ingredients for flavors or cook the chorizo in a skillet and cut into ground pieces

  4. 4

    Butter or spray muffin pans with a thick layer; pour 1/4 cup mix into tin and top with extra cheese

  5. 5

    Place in oven for 12-15 minutes or until top is set and bouncy

  6. 6

    Remove from pan, unless you want a firmer crust, garnish, add salsa and enjoy!!!
