Ingredients

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tsppepper
  4. Sauce
  5. 2 tspsichuan chili flakes
  6. 2 tspwhite pepper
  7. 2 tspchicken bouillon powder
  8. 1/2 tbspsugar
  9. 1 tbspMapo tofu sauce
  10. 1 tbspspicy bean paste (doubanjiang)
  11. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  12. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  13. 1/2 cupchicken broth
  14. 1 block medium tofu
  15. 2 tsp sesame oil
  16. Green onion
  17. Noodles
  18. 4 garlic cloves minced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook ground beef in pan and season with salt and pepper.

    Add in grated garlic and green onion whites to the beef.

  3. 3

    Mix in sauce seasonings to the beef. Add in the chicken broth. Let simmer for 3-4 mins.

    Cook the noodles.

  5. 5

    Add in tofu to the beef mixture. Simmer 3-4 mins and add in sesame oil.

  6. 6

    Garnish with green part of green onions and chili oil then serve!
