Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 cupsrice flakes (poha)
  2. 1medium finely chopped onion
  3. Halfcup boiled peas
  4. 2 tbsppeanuts or more
  5. 5-6curry leaves
  6. 1/3sweet corn for kids
  7. 1-2green chilli finely chopped optional
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. Halftsp black pepper
  10. Halftsp chaat masala
  11. 1 tspturmeric
  12. 2 tbsplemon juice
  13. 1 tsprai (mustard seeds)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice flakes gently and rinse all water keep it aside. Sautee peanuts dry until cracked. Take it out

  2. 2

    Add 2 tbsp oil in pan then add mustard seeds. Let it pop out and then add all the ingredients and saute for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add washed poha and lemon juice. Garnish with coriander is optional

  4. 4

    Serve yourself yummiest and healthiest breakfast ever
