  1. 1 cupThick poha
  2. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds
  4. 1/2 tspUrad dal
  5. 1 tspChana dal
  6. 1Green chilli
  7. 1 Onion
  8. 1 sprigCurry leaves
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. as neededCoriander leaves
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. as neededSunflower oil
  13. to tasteLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak poha for 5-10 minutes

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and add mustard. When it splutters, add ginger garlic paste, onion, chilis, curry leaves. Stir until onion turns transparent. Add turmeric powder.

    Add poha and salt

    Turn off the flame and add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
