Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha thin
  2. 2 tablespoonspeanuts
  3. Handfulcurry pata
  4. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoonchanadhal / bengal gram
  6. Pinchhing / asafoetida
  7. to tasteSat
  8. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
  10. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    First clean poha and then dry roast it and keep aside.

    Now in a pan add oil mustard seeds, chanadhal, hing, curry pata and sauté it. Then to it add peanuts and roast till it turns crispy. Now add poha,chilli powder,amchur powder and salt and mix well. Serve as a snack. (Optional raw onions chopped with salt and lime on it while serving)
