This is super easy yet very yummy! I'm sure kids love it! If you can't find thin sliced pork, then try marinating pork tenderloin with this ginger sauce and sliced onion before cooking.

Ingredients

  1. 200 gSliced Pork
  2. 1/2Onion
  3. 1 Tbspvegetable oil
  4. 2 TbspSoy sauce
  5. 2 TbspSugar
  6. 1 TbspMirin or Sake
  7. 2 tspgrated ginger root

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice up the onion. Grate the ginger root.

    In a skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat, add onion and stir-fry until it's cooked.

    Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin and grated ginger.

  4. 4

    Coat well with the sauce.
