Ingredients: 2 kg Beef; 50 g Green chilli; 500 g Onion; for meat marination; 1/2 tbsp Salt; 1 tsp Meat tenderizer; 1 Egg; 15 g Chicken powder; 3 tsp Corn flour; 100 g Flour; 1 tsp Ginger paste; 1 tsp Garlic; for gravy; 150 ml Oil; 3 tsp Chilli flakes; 250 g Ketchup; 2 tsp Red wine vinegar; 1 tsp Dark soya sauce; 100 ml Oyster sauce; 1 tsp Black pepper; 15 g Chicken powder; 50 ml Lemon juice; White pepper Half tsp

50 gGreen chilli
500 gOnion
for meat marination
1/2 tbspSalt
1 tspMeat tenderizer
1Egg
15 gChicken powder
3 tspCorn flour
100 gFlour
1 tspGinger paste
1 tspGarlic
for gravy
150 mlOil
3 tspChilli flakes
250 gKetchup
2 tspRed wine vinegar
1 tspDark soya sauce
100 mlOyster sauce
1 tspBlack pepper
15 gChicken powder
50 mlLemon juice
White pepper Half tsp

Cooking Instructions

30 mints

Mix all the marination ingredients..Don't use water in the marination until it's well mixed

Keep in rest for 4-5 minutes

Then fry for 6-8 minutes

Take 1 liter water in karhai

Add sugar ketchup,salt and all the spices also add corn flour liquid.

Cook for a little while, then add vegetables and fry beef.

After 2-3 mints, add dish and serve it with white rice.
