  1. 3 bunchpumpkin leaf
  2. leaf1bunch of water
  3. 1kilo of offals and goat meat
  4. 2tablespoon crayfish
  5. fresh pepper
  6. 1big onion bulb
  7. 4 cubemaggi

  9. 1/2 cup palm oil

    Wash pumpkin leaf,waterleaf with salt and slice keep them separately.

    Wash pepper and onion then blend.

    Wash meat very well with salt,get a clean pot add the meat with little salt and 4 cube maggi add little water,place on heat boil for 20min

    Then add blended ingredient,crayfish allow to boil for 5 min,add palm oil allow to boul for 3 min.

    Add waterleaf then allow to boil for 5 min,then add pumpkin allow to boil for 2 min.vegetable soup is ready so delicious

    Soup is ready very delicious can be eaten with semo,eba or pounded yam.
