Rice Pancake (Topped with a Sunny Side Up Egg) 🍳 Rice Pancake (Topped with a Sunny Side Up Egg) 🍳
I always seem to cook too much rice. This recipe turns leftover rice into a crispy, tasty pancake that can be eaten on its own or used as a base for all kinds of toppings. I like to eat my rice pancakes topped with an egg, but you could also use kimchi, pulled pork, ham, etc. Or they’re great on their own! 😋#GlobalApron Week 8 - Leftover Rice#Dinner #Lunch #Savory #Vegetarian Chris Gan -
Sunny-Side Up Jello Sunny-Side Up Jello
When I was a child, the school used to give us canned peaches with yogurt for dessert. I remade that into jelly. It might be good for the moon-viewing festival... but I posted this recipe too late!!Make sure to dissolve the gelatin well. There's no need to heat the sugar to dissolve it if you use sugar from packs that come with plain yogurt. Strain through a sieve for a more smooth result. For 4 servings in 10 cm wide x 3 cm deep cups. Recipe by Gomamaron cookpad.japan -

I revised the recipe from [THAILAND: THE BEAUTIFUL COOKBOOK]. You can eat a lot of cabbage and vegetables. Please adjust the sweetness depending on your fish sauce and your taste. To prevent water from coming out of the vegetables, mix with the dressing just before serving. It is delicious if you put hot eggs on top. Recipe by gingamom cookpad.japan -

Telur Ceplok Masak Kecap (Sunny Side Up Eggs with Sweet Soy Sauce) Telur Ceplok Masak Kecap (Sunny Side Up Eggs with Sweet Soy Sauce)
Sweet soya sauce is one of the essential ingredients in Indonesian cuisine. It’s made of soy beans and it has dark color just like soy sauce, but it’s sweet and thicker due to the generous addition of palm sugar. A lot of indonesian’s recipes use this sweetened aromatic soy sauce. 😋 Please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary if you like my recipes 🙏🏻 jenscookingdiary -
