Ingredients

  1. pasta ---------
  2. 1 poundLinguine
  3. as neededwater to boil pasta and tomato peeling
  4. 1 tablespoonparsley
  5. 1-1/2 tablespoonsextra Virgin olive oil
  6. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  7. 2/3 cupSauvignon merlot
  8. 2 tablespoonsextra Virgin olive oil
  9. meat -----------
  10. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  11. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  12. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  13. 1 poundground sirloin
  14. 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  15. 2 tablespoonstomato paste
  16. tomato -----------
  17. 5medium tomatoes
  18. 1 teaspoonsalt
  19. 1/2 teaspoonbasil
  20. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  21. 1 tablespoonsugar
  22. 1/3 cupSauvignon merlot
  23. 1 tablespoonheeping capers
  24. Meatballs -------------
  25. 2/3 poundground sirloin
  26. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  27. 1/2 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  28. 1/2 teaspoonground white pepper
  29. 1 tablespoonparsley flakes
  30. 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Make the meatballs. mix the 2/3 pound ground sirloin, salt, cheddar cheese, and pepper. Bake in the oven till done.

    Boil the water add tomatoes and put into water for 2 minutes. Take out and peel. If it's a green tomato add another minute or two

  4. 4

    Chop the tomatoes and add the spices, and capers and simmer.

  5. 5

    Brown the ground sirloin, spices, and onions. When browned add the tomato paste to the sirloin and onions.

    Add merlot, salt, and olive oil to the boiling water and cook the pasta till done. Drain and add the 2 tablespoons extra Virgin olive oil, and parsley.

    Add pasta to a plate. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese.

    Add the meat.

    Add sauce.

    Add meatballs.

    More sauce and top with some more parmesan cheese.
