Layered Linguine

Something fresh and homemade, rustic love!
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Make the meatballs. mix the 2/3 pound ground sirloin, salt, cheddar cheese, and pepper. Bake in the oven till done.

Boil the water add tomatoes and put into water for 2 minutes. Take out and peel. If it's a green tomato add another minute or two

Chop the tomatoes and add the spices, and capers and simmer.

Brown the ground sirloin, spices, and onions. When browned add the tomato paste to the sirloin and onions.

Add merlot, salt, and olive oil to the boiling water and cook the pasta till done. Drain and add the 2 tablespoons extra Virgin olive oil, and parsley.

Add pasta to a plate. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese.

Add the meat.

Add sauce.

Add meatballs.

More sauce and top with some more parmesan cheese.
