Ingredients

  1. 1 kgfresh tomatoes
  2. 2 kgchicken
  3. 2bulb onions
  4. 5small size tatashe
  5. 2knorr chicken
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1 tspcrushed ginger
  8. 4chilli pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken and perboil with 2 chilli pepper, half onions, a little ginger, salt and 1 knorr cube, stir and allow it cook till its tender;

    Heat up a pot with vegetable oil and deep fry chicken till its golden brown or to your taste.

    In a seperate pot add little veg oil and add in the onions and ginger and stir fry for about a minute; then add tomatoes, remaining chilli and tatashe, fry the sauce till its has fried through and the oil is floating on top

    Add salt, knorr cube, and any other spice you wish to add; I didn't add any other spice again; finally added the fried chicken to the sauce and simmer on low heat for about 8 mins and then turn off the heat

    It was a nigeria sauce meet kenya chapati and everyone loved it
