Ingredients

24 people
  • 2 Headssavory green cabbage
  • 2 poundsground chuck
  • 1 cuplong grain rice
  • 40 ouncesspaghetti sauce I used Ragu and Prego meat sauces
  • 29 ouncesdiced tomatoes
  • To taste salt
  • 2 cupswater
  • To taste ground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water to a pot and heat. Chop the cabbage, and add to the pot of hot water. Salt it and allow to cook 30 minutes. Stir in the ground chuck. Salt and add black pepper. Cook 30 minutes.

    Add in the diced tomatoes. Stir everything together. Add in the spaghetti sauce. Simmer 20 minutes.
