Ingredients

  1. Bunchoha leaves
  2. 1wrap of ogiri
  3. 3yellow pepper
  4. 10 piecescocoyam
  5. 1/4palmoil
  6. 2stockfish
  7. 1 kgBeef
  8. 1smoked fish
  9. 3cksp of crayfish
  10. Small bunch of uziza leaf (sliced)
  11. 2knorr cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Boil cocoyam till is tender,peel the back and add little water and blend.

    Boil meat and stockfish with Maggi,Salt till is tender.

  3. 3

    Add more water to the meat allow to boil very well add palmoil.then boil for 45mins.

    Add the cocoyam and stir boil for another 7mins.add ogiri allow to boil very well.

    Add crayfish,Maggi,pepper and crayfish and the smoked fish.

    Allow to boil for another 15mins then add the sliced uziza leaf stir and add oha leaf stir and bring down.enjoy
