Easy Stir-Fried Pork with Onion and Cheese Easy Stir-Fried Pork with Onion and Cheese
The "Pork and Cheese" that I had at an okonomiyaki restaurant was so good, so I tried to observe how they made it. I also added onions when I cooked it at home, and my family absolutely loved it!Make sure to spread out the meat to cook. Using pork belly results in a crusty finish because it contains lots of fat. Even if it doesn't turn out crusty, the fat will be juicy and flowing... It goes really well with rice. For 2 servings. Recipe by Momonga mammy cookpad.japan -

Ginger Pork with Shio-Koji Ginger Pork with Shio-Koji
I wanted to make a pork dish using shio-koji, and my mother had given me some meat to use as ginger pork or tonkatsu, so I tried making this version of ginger pork. It's best to brown the meat well. This way the surface will caramelize as if you used soy sauce when you add the mirin.I used hon-mirin this time (not mirin seasoning). If the meat you have is thin, you can reduce the marinating time. For 2 servings. Recipe by Naonao1022 cookpad.japan -

Pork Soboro Pork Soboro
I bought a lot of ground pork while it was cheap, and it is convenient if you cook it with seasoning and store it in the fridge, so I made a lightly-flavored pork soboro. If you mix in the sake thoroughly with the meat before frying, then it produces a fine Soboro dish.
