Ingredients

  1. 3raw eggs
  2. 2medium size chilli pepper
  3. 1/2medium size onion
  4. 1maggi
  5. 1 pinchsalt(optional)
  6. Groundnut oil
  7. Bread(sliced)
  8. 1 pinchsalt(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Chop your pepper, onion and set aside. Get a bowl, break your eggs, add the chopped pepper and onion, maggi and whisk.

    After which you get your frying pan, light your gas and put the pan on fire allow to be hot then grease with oil just a little. Then you remove the sliced bread, one after another deep into the eggs, rub both sides of the bread and place in the pan on fire, if fried, you flip the other side to be fried too. Once is ready you remove and keep aside and put another one. You'll keep rubbing oil on the pan till you are done with the bread you want to fry.

    To be served with a cup of tea or any soft drink of your choice
