Ingredients

  1. 1big bunch waterleaf(sliced)
  2. 5 cupuziza leaf(sliced)
  3. 2 cuppieces stock fish
  4. 1kilo goat meat
  5. 2 tablespooncrayfish(ground)
  6. 3 teaspoondried pepper (ground)
  7. 1 tablespoonpalm oil
  8. 5 cubemaggi
  9. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash meat and stock fish very well with salt then put in a clean pot,add maggi,salt with little water boil for 35 min

  2. 2

    Then add pepper,crayfish after 3 min add palm oil then after 2min add water leaf

  3. 3

    Allow to boil for 10min.Then pound the uziza leaf untill it becomes paste.

    Add the paste to the pot on heat and stir after 5 min turn off heat.

  5. 5

    Soup is ready so so delicious.serve hot with semo as shown above.
