Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmeat
  2. 1 teaspoonofo
  3. 1small bulb of onion
  4. 2Maggi cubes
  5. 1/4palmoil
  6. pinchsalt
  7. 50 gperi wrinkle
  8. 50 gdry prawns
  9. Small bunch of uziza leaf
  10. 1/4 teaspoonuziza seed
  11. 50 gpomo
  12. 1stock fish
  13. 1dry fish
  14. 50 gngolo

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil meat with Maggi,onion and salt

  2. 2

    Boil meat for 30mins then add stock fish and add diced pomo

  3. 3

    When d meat is ready add palmoil then allow to boil

  4. 4

    For 15mins till d oil comes to the top.then add goo make sure you stir very well to avoid lumps.

    Allow to boil for 10mins then add periwrinke dry Fish ngolo dry prawns

  6. 6

    Allow to boil and add uziza leaf you only add d uziza seed when u cant taste the uziza leaf again

  7. 7

    Better served with Eva or fufu.enjoy
