Ingredients

  1. 2eggs, 1bulb of onion, 2 fruits of pepper, 2 pinches of salt
  2. 1/2bulb of garlic
  3. Cooking butter, cabbage, lettuce
  4. 1 sachetgreen tea and water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the cabbage and lettuce,onion and pepper properly with salt and peel a wrap of the cabbage

  2. 2

    Dice the onion, garlic and pepper to desired shape

  3. 3

    Break the two egg in a bowl, add your diced onion, pepper and garlic with two pinches of salt. Then mix properly

  4. 4

    Scoop 2 table spoon of butter pour in a pan allow to heat up for a minute, then pour the egg inside, making sure each is sunny side up

  5. 5

    When egg is ready, pour it into the peeled wrap of cabbage and cover with lettuce.

    Heat your green tea to 180 degrees

  7. 7

    Serve when hot.
