Fragrant Jasmine Tea Eggs
Tea eggs are always available at convenience stores in Taiwan. My children didn't like their aroma and wouldn't eat them, so I made the eggs with jasmine tea and they loved them.Since the eggs need to be simmered for a long time, if you use a Thermos Shuttle Chef (which keeps food hot for hours in a vacuum sealed pot) it's really convenient. If you prefer the flavor to be on the sweet side, increase the sugar by 1 to 2 tablespoons. Try using star anise, ginger, green onion and garlic instead of the jasmine tea for an authentic Taiwanese flavor. Recipe by TEASMILE

Cabbage & Steamed Fried Eggs
Back then the school cafeteria would serve this in large aluminum cups.We wouldn't eat it if it was just the vegetables, but with the egg it's delicious.Finely chopping up the vegetables helps them to cook better. This is also delicious with just cabbage. Our microwave is 500 W. Adjust the time accordingly. Recipe by doiko

Herbal Tea Pound Cake
I had some sweet flavoured tea, so I added to a pound cake batter. It took on a wonderful fragrance and tasted delicious, so I uploaded the recipe. This time, I used blueberry flavoured tea. Other flavours are nice and fragrant too - try apple, strawberry, peach, or orange.Make sure you bring the egg to room temperature before using. If it's cold, it won't mix well with the butter and will separate. If you leave the pound cake to rest a few days, it will be even tastier. It will be particularly moist if you wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it for 2 - 3 days.If you don't have flavoured tea, use a little more sugar. Recipe by Puru berry

Tea Eggs (Eggs Boiled in Tea Leaves)
Boiled eggs in tea. I made this because I had leftover Star anise and Chinese 5-spice powder that I wanted to use up.You can use oolong instead of black tea. Adjust the amount of star anise and Chinese 5-spice power to suit your taste. You could brine the eggs in the seasoning liquid and store in the fridge. It will be good for 1 week. Moist and Fluffy Apple and Tea Muffins
I make muffins quite often because they are tasty and easy to make. The combination of apple and tea is my favorite. Here, I held back on sugar and butter to make health conscious muffins.Use pretty moulds and present them to your friends as gifts!-When you add the eggs and milk, add in batches. It is not going to separate and you can proceed with the process easily.-If you want to make it sweeter, add more sugar to the apple filling and increase the sugar in the batter up to 60 g.-Use fine tea leaves. Black tea fusion with dried rose buds

Black Tea Butter Cake with Lemon Icing
I was selected as a tester for Aspartame sweetener, so I tried using it to make some sweets that I usually avoided due to the calories.I recommend using Earl Grey tea. Adjust the amount of water according to how rich you would like the lemon icing. If you let it sit overnight, it will become even more moist. You can also bake it in an 18-cm pound cake pan. How to Brew Green Tea
I actually used to be really bad at brewing tea. It was usually too strong or too bitter, but I learned how to brew tea properly at the store where I work, and it was a revelation!!This is how they do it at the restaurant where I work. If you are from a tea growing area, or you have studied tea ceremony procedures, you may think it's blasphemous! Please forgive me. But the tea that is brewed this way has a beautiful color, and is delicious and and not bitter at all. Plus, it doesn't get too diluted even if you add ice. Recipe by Tomonchicchi
