Ingredients

  1. 1and 1/2 cups flour
  2. 1 cupoats
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 teaspoonBaking soda
  5. 1 teaspoonBaking powder
  6. 1egg
  7. 3/4 cupMilk
  8. 1/3 cupoil
  9. 3 tablespooncocoa powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  11. Vanilla essence
  12. 1 cupsmashed banana

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the egg, banana, sugar, oil and milk in a wide bowl.

    Mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  3. 3

    Blend it with the egg mixture. Add the vanilla essence and mix it well. Add the cocoa powder and mix it well

  4. 4

    Transfer the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake it for 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes
