  1. 1 lbspaghetti, cooked and strained
  2. 1 lbground beef, cooked and drained
  3. 15 ozTomato based pasta sauce
  4. 2 cupFresh spinach, stems removed
  5. 16 ozRicotta
  6. 4 ozMonterey cheese, shredded

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 400°F

    Mix sauce and beef

  3. 3

    Spread 9x13 cassarole dish with enough sauce to cover bottom of dish.

    Add half of spaghetti to dish.

  5. 5

    Cover with half of ricotta.

  6. 6

    Layer spinach on ricotta.

  7. 7

    Cover spinach with rest of ricotta

  8. 8

    Add enough sauce to cover.

  9. 9

    Layer rest of spaghetti.

  10. 10

    Cover with rest of sauce.

  11. 11

    Top with shredded cheese.

  12. 12

    Bake 45 minutes
