  1. Dry Ingredients
  2. 200 gramsflour
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 1/2 tspbicarbonate of soda
  5. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 2 tspcinnamon powder
  7. 3 tbspsugar
  8. Wet Mix
  9. 3medium bananas
  10. 2 tspvanilla extract
  11. 180 gramsFage 0% Greek Yoghurt
  12. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 175°/Gas Mark 4

    Combine all the dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside.

  3. 3

    In a food processor add your bananas, Greek yoghurt, eggs and vanilla extract. Blitz until all combined and pureed together.

    Add the dry ingredients into the food processor and blend until it forms a nice batter.

  5. 5

    Spoon out the batter into a loaf tin and place on the top shelf in the oven for 45 minutes

  6. 6

    Allow to cool before serving.
