Ingredients

1 hour
1 pound cake mold
  1. Dry ingredients
  2. 225 gall-purpose flour
  3. 40 gdark chocolate chips
  4. 25 gsugar
  5. 4 gbaking powder
  6. 3 gbaking soda
  7. 2 gsalt
  8. Wet ingredients
  9. 150 gGreek yogurt
  10. 113 gsoften unsalted butter
  11. 4 gvanilla extract
  12. 1banana
  13. 1room temperature egg

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the banana, Greek yogurt and softened butter well.
    And then add egg and vanilla extract mix well too.

    Before add all the dry ingredients to the bowl, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    Add all the dry ingredients and mix well

  3. 3

    Mix the dark chocolate chips together

  4. 4

    Put the mix in the mold with the baking sheet. Crumpling up the baking sheet before putting in the mold can make it easier to put!

  5. 5

    Wave your hand and tell the mix see you 45-50 minutes later. 45-50 minutes later, if your stick can stick in and get nothing with it means the bread is done. Let the bread cool down and we can enjoy it 🥳
