Adjust the resting time and cooking temperature as necessary. If you don't have lys d'or flour, then use 190 g of all purpose flour and 60 g of cake flour. For 4 baguettes. Recipe by Gomeko

Made in a Bread Machine! Fragrant Black Tea Baguette
I had a ton of black tea that I'd received as gifts, so I used some to make this tea flavored baguette.Take care not to knead too much in the bread machine. For the first rising, make sure it rises to more than 2.5 times its original volume. Recipe by Chibato

Mocha Baguette with Homemade Bread Starter
When I made a mocha-flavored version of my usual baguettes, they turned out great.Since the rising time depends on the climate, do a 'finger check' to see if the dough has risen enough. (To do the finger check: dip your finger in flour, press down into the center of the dough; it's ready if it leaves a mark. If the dough springs back, it's not finished rising. If the dough shrinks, it has risen too much.) Recipe by Miyanbo

Easy Homemade Baguettes
I really like baguettes and wanted to make it nice and easy. After many trials, I was finally able to make my ideal baguette. It's easy because there's no need to knead the dough. You'll be able to eat them in just 1 hour if you follow the steps correctly. Please adjust the baking time to your oven. Score the dough vertically rather than diagonally - do it in one stroke. It doesn't require any oil, but if you put some butter or oil on the slit, it will open up easier. Recipe by mini

Crispy Garlic French Bread in a Bread Machine
I wanted to make French bread without using French bread flour. For the slits, roughly 5 mm is ideal. Don't make them too shallow or deep. Regarding the baking temperature and time: our oven s a rotating dish so it's difficult to brown things well, which is why I set the temperature so high. I baked for 22 minutes. Recipe by emakatu

Miso French Bread Made in a Bread Machine
I tried adding salt to bread dough with miso instead, and the result was a very flavorful bread.A friend pointed out to me that the fermentation time was probably being delayed by the active microorganisms in the miso. Following her advice, I tried heating it right away, and the result was that the dough absorbed moisture better, and the final result was improved too. Please try heating up the miso first too.
