Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchspring onion
  2. 1 bunch韭菜
  3. 250 gramsground pork
  4. 5 eachegg
  5. seasoning
  6. 3 tbspchinese rice wine
  7. 2 tbspfish sauce
  8. 1 tbspcorn flour
  9. 1 tspsesame oil

    marinate pork with corn flour, Chinese rice wine, fish sauce, sesame oil - set a side

  2. 2

    stir fried 韭菜,spring onion

  3. 3

    mix 2 with 1

  4. 4

    beaten 5 egg, add fish sauce and sesame oil for seasoning

  5. 5

    heat up small pan, fried 1 table spoon of egg mixture to create thin egg skin

  6. 6

    filling one side with a table spoon if pork mixture

  7. 7

    fold the other half of the egg skin to create a dumpling - add more egg mixture to seal if necessary

  8. 8

    fried both side to goldern brown

  9. 9

    once all dumpling was done, steam to cook them through or

  10. 10

    fried some garlic, add half cup of water, put in all dumpling, add some dark soy sauce, cook till almost dry
