Ingredients

1 serving
  1. Potatoes
  2. 2 lbShredded Potatoes
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1/2 cupChopped Onions
  5. 12 ozSour Cream
  6. 1/2 cupButter (melted)
  7. 1 canCream of Chicken Soup
  8. 1 canCream of Mushroom Soup
  9. 2 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
  10. Topping
  11. 2 cupCrushed Corn Flakes
  12. 1/4 cupButter (melted)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together except the corn flakes and 1/4 Cup butter. Put in 9x13 baking pan.

    Combine Crushed Corn Flakes and 1/4 Cup butter and spread evenly over the potatoes. You can substitue Potato Chips (Ruffles, Lays, etc.) for the corn flakes and butter.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour
