Cooking Instructions

Combine beef, egg, onion powder, salt, pepper,milk, & bread crumbs. Mix well. Shape into 2-inch balls.

Brown in oil in skillet. Remove to a bowl or a plate.

Stir flour into remaining fat in skillet. Heat just until bubbly. Stir in chili sauce, water, brown sugar, & mustard. Cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens and bubbles.

Add meatballs back to pan. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Uncover & serve. Can put on sub rolls & have meatball subs if you prefer, but they are good by themselves also.
