My kid (and hubby lol) are always asking for these! I make mine with chocolate chips to make them extra chocolatey!! These do not last long!!

Adapted many times from a bbcgoodfood recipe until I found my favourite gooey consistency, better to take it out of the oven when it's still a bit wobbly in the middle for gooeyness!

My sister has been nagging me about making brownies for weeks and now I have. They are really fudgy and beautiful.

A french moelleux au chocolat with beer

Found this on the Internet a couple of years ago.

When ya gotta hankering for some chocolate and only thing in the pantry is 100% powdered cocoa. This is a quick and easy recipe. NOTE: Our my grandgirl is allergic to nuts, so those aren’t added and my hubs is lactose intolerant, so I always substitute with margarine, unless it’s a buttermilk pound cake, lol

These are always loved by everyone and are super easy to make. However I have found over the many times I have baked these that everyone has a personal preference when it comes to brownies and their gooey, chewiness! This all comes down to when you take them out of the oven, the longer they are left the harder and more chewy they become. I always try and adapt this if I know their preference. The original recipe comes from Hummingbird Bakery.
