Ingredients

  1. 10 tbspGrease from Meat (or use part butter)
  2. 13 tbspPlain Flour
  3. 2 cupBroth
  4. 1 cupWater
  5. 1 cupEvaporated Milk
  6. 1Giblets from Meat
  7. 2Boiled Eggs, Chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together flour and grease until creamy and slightly browned.

  2. 2

    Cool slightly and stir in liquids.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil stirring constantly until creamy.

  4. 4

    Add eggs and giblets.

  5. 5

    Serve over dressing or rice.
