I had a taste for this lunch idea great taco meal

This recipe started out as a surprisingly awesome fridge cleanout that really seems to have caught on with friends and readers. I think there's something universally appealing about the savory comfort of a good bowl of chili. Throw some chorizo in there, and it becomes all the more irresistible.I always like to serve chili with chopped fresh tomatoes, onions, chilies, and cilantro on the side as well as grated cheese and sour cream.

Good as a snack with sourdough bread or as an appetiser to share with your guests on a summers day.

I use my homemade chorizo for this

I am working on using up my frozen foods. I googled pork and chorizo and then used parts of the recipes to make burgers. If you like spicy hot, add some red pepper flakes or more sriracha to the meat mixture. If you don’t want spicy leave the spice out of the meat or put more spice in the Mayo .

This time, we're using a double grill (you can substitute with an oven) to enjoy a variety of small chorizos, adding a little extra flavor with some bacon slices and a touch of homemade bitter orange marmalade.

If the chorizo isn't fresh, try adding 1/8 t clove, 1.5 t cayenne pepper, and 1 t garlic to the sausage and mix well.
