Cooking Instructions
- 1
Melt butter in a small bowl. Mix in garlic salt, dressing, hot sauce (Franks is recommended) and cayenne. Add more Cayenne if you like it a bit spicier or omit it for a mild taste.
- 2
In a heavy pan with a lid melt coconut oil and add popcorn. cover the lid and cook over medium high heat occasionally shaking the pan. when the popping slows to one pop every few seconds take the pan off the heat.
- 3
Allow the pan to rest for 2 minutes then uncover the pan and push the popped corn to the sides leaving a "well" in the center. Spoon butter and seasonings into the center and mix the corn well into the melted butter. Work quickly, if the corn sits in the liquid too long it will be soggy and the flavor will be uneven. By working in the hot pan you also ensure the butter is fluid enough to evenly coat the corn.

Buffalo Nachos Buffalo Nachos
We had some leftover buffalo and wasn't enough for a whole family, so I creatively turned it into nachos. Let's just say this will be a new family favorite, buffalo gives it a nice surprise. I recently had a miscarriage, then just two weeks after it, I found out I have chronic congestive heart failure, I'm only in my 30s! My other half has it too, so we're changing our diet to well, live longer. We found buffalo at our local meat market. qtmonki01 -
Buffalo Shrimp Buffalo Shrimp
This is my version of buffalo shrimp, the coating is light so as not to overwhelm the shrimp. The buffalo sauce spicy but not searing hot. Serve with celery and I add cucumbers for a cool addition with the celery. They make a great appetizer or a nice lunch to share! fenway -
