  3. 1avocado
  4. 3 tbsptomato
  5. 2 tbsponion
  6. 1 1/2 tbsptaco sauce
  7. 1 1/3 tbspcheddar cheese
  8. 1 tbspjalepeño
  9. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  10. 1 tspFrank's hot sauce
  11. 1 tspground cumin
  12. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  13. 1/2 tspground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

In skillet over medium-low heat, brown ground beef and season with cumin, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and pinch of salt.

  3. 3

Dice veggies (ignoring avocado), and set aside 1 tbsp tomato. Add all other veggies to ground beef, reduce to low heat and stir.

  4. 4

Separate croissant wraps, and spread over cutting board. On each wrap, at the bottom (the wider side), place 1 tsp taco sauce and 1 tsp cheese.

  5. 5

Remove beef from heat, drain grease, and evenly seperate onto croissants.

  6. 6

Wrap crossaints, tucking the ends in so the taco fillings are sealed in. Place in oven for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and empty all insides into mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp diced tomato, mayonaisse, and the Frank's hot sauce. Mash together until smooth texture.

  8. 8

Remove taco puffs from oven, plate around outside of plate. Place guacamole in center and enjoy.

After spending years working in restaurants, although almost entirely self-taught, I decided to move on with my life. Every recipe I post on here is made in my one bedroom apartment in St. Paul, MN, photographed on my table, and then eaten. These are intended to be low-calorie options for people to cook and still enjoy food to the fullest. :)
