Cut it down if you don’t want as much.I will add my recipe for homemade noodles to my profile recipes to use instead of the packaged noodles if you have the time to make them.If you like Caldo De Pollo (Mexican chicken soup), you can add potato chunks (boil the potatoes to almost done before adding to the soup mixture with the chicken, veggies, and broths), add white rice at this time as well. Served with tortillas.Add a little spice to give it some spicy flavor.

You can top this soup with bacon, cheese and/or bread.
