Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgDry abacha
  2. 3cksp Palmoil
  3. Salt
  4. 2Maggi
  5. 2 handfulUgba
  6. 1Onions
  7. 1Fish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak the dry abacha in a warm water for 5minutes

  2. 2

    Heat up pot on fire,when is dry.pour in palmoil bleach for 2minutes.

    Cut the onion and fresh pepper.pour inside the palmoil.

  4. 4

    Cut and wash the fish.stimmer for 5mins with salt.

  5. 5

    Add the fish to the frying palmoil and fry for 2minutes.

  6. 6

    Bring out the fish,bring down the palmoil allow it to cool a bit and add salt and pour in the abacha.

    Mix very well with your hands.

  8. 8

    Is ready to eat.
