  1. 500 gflour
  2. 500 gbutter (softened)
  3. 400 gsugar
  4. 10eggs
  5. 150 gground almond
  6. Almond essence

    Cream butter and sugar for 10 mins at high speed

    Add eggs 2 at a time at 10 mins interval and mix well.

    Preheat oven at 180 °C

  4. 4

    Add the flour, almond and essence. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour the cake mixture in a well greased pan.

    Bake for 1h30mins

  7. 7

    Leave to cool before serving.
