It was my daughter's birthday, and this year, since we didn't go to Greece in 2020, I decided to make the cake myself from scratch! 🤩I've made many cakes with my mother in the past for my own birthdays, but this is my first cake as a mom! 😅Tips:i) I made the sponge cake and the cream (which I put in the fridge) the night before, then the next day I made the syrup, and after it cooled, I assembled the cake and made the whipped cream.
