Ingredients

  1. Maccha powder / cocoa powder
  2. Rolled oats
  3. Mix berries yogurt
  4. Basil seed / chia seed
  5. Flaxseed (powder or whole)
  6. Soy milk / almond milk / milk
  7. Fresh fruit (berries preferred for me)
  8. Glassjar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put maccha powder and soymilk. Make sure maccha is mixed well. You can change the milk as you like depends on your taste.

  2. 2

    Put in yogurt, flaxseed and basil seed. For whole flaxseed make sure to grind it or chew properly to get the benefits. Powder form flaxseed don't have as much fiber as whole one.

    Put in berries. My choice is blueberries because they are sweeter than strawberries.

  4. 4

    Pinch of salt if you like. Refrigerate overnight.

A lazy cook. My recipe consist of cutting and stir fry. That's it :)I don't measure my spices unfortunately so you can always put and taste it according to your taste bud.I rarely use salt because my mother found this mushroom powder that will give you savory flavor but not like MSG.
