Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsRice
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 4large carrot
  4. 8 stickGreen beans
  5. 1 tinGreen peas
  6. 2Green pepper
  7. 7pepper

  9. 1/2 kgliver
  10. 1large onions
  11. 3knorr cube
  12. 2 tbspcurry powder
  13. 1cksp veg oil
  14. 1 tinsweet corn

Cooking Instructions

    Wash all vegetables and cut in pieces keep aside, wash rice with water cold or warm drain and put In a pot add salt, curry powder, vegetable oil, leave to boil, till tender.

    Dice liver, spice and cook then fry with veg oil and set aside

    Put a clean frying pan on the burner add oil,onions,carrot, green beans, green and red pepper stir add salt, curry powder, sweet corn and stir gradually till just a little tender

    Add rice to the vegetables and stir add knorr cubes, fried liver and salt to taste after the last addition add green peas and sweetcorn cover for 5 minutes and put down.

    Stir and serve with fried plantain
