Ingredients

  • Deep fried tilapia
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • Cooking oil
  • Water (2cups)
  • Rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Put cooking oil in a cooking pan

  2. 2

    Add the onions and cook until light brown

  3. 3

    Add garlic and cook for half minute

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and cook till paste is formed

  5. 5

    Add water and bring the mixture to a boil

  6. 6

    Dip the fish and cover for about 4minutes(under low heat

  7. 7

    Serve with boiled rice
