Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsrice
  2. 19big size tomatoes seed(blend)
  3. 10fresh pepper to taste(blend)
  4. 2big size onions blended
  5. spring onions diced
  6. chicken stock
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1 tspcurry powder
  9. 4knorr cube
  10. vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Parboil rice and wash well. Put your dry pot on heat add oil and fry your onions, pepper and tomatoes paste.

    Add knorr cube, curry powder, salt and stir

  3. 3

    Add chicken stock allow to boil then add your rice.

  4. 4

    Allow to cook until rice becomes tender and stuck dried up. Add your spring onions stir. jollof rice is ready.

    Serve
