Ingredients

  1. 2 pinchPotatoes any kind
  2. 6 sliceof bacon ( streaky )
  3. 2 mediumeggs
  4. 1/2 tspor there abouts chilly salt or normal salt
  5. 1/2 tspOf garlic paste or 1clove of garlic smashed and chopped Finley
  6. 1/4 tspSoy sauce
  7. 1 smallonion diced
  8. 1/4 tspCayine pepper
  9. 1/2 tspDried dill
  10. 1A few good glugs of Tabasco sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Start by par boiling your potatoes useing half your salt

  2. 2

    Fry your bacon until crisp, remove from pan and set aside (baaacooonnn) yummy save the bacon dripping ;p

    Crack the eggs open in a bowl add rest of salt,cayine,soy,dill give it a whisk ;)

    Throw your potatoes into the bacon dripping fry on a medium heat turning when golden brown.. Add you onions and garlic fry for another 8-12 mins tossing in-between finally add your egg mixture I like to push the potatoes to one side of the pad and use the other half to mix the eggs when the eggs start to get a little thicker but still runny that's when I toss it all together then add your bacon and Tabasco once the eggs are cooked serve it up .... Enjoy ;)
