Yummy way to use left over cornbread

Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1 slicecornbread or a muffin
  3. 1 1/2 tbsbutter
  4. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a hot skillet

  2. 2

    Add crumbled cornbread to hot butter, mix until coated

  3. 3

    Move cornbread to outside ring of skillet

  4. 4

    Pour in whisked eggs, cook halfway

  5. 5

    Mix all together and finish cooking
