Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 sliceYam
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4 kgVegetable oil
  4. 2Fresh pepper
  5. 2 piecesCarrots
  6. 1Onion
  7. 1cksp Mayonise
  8. 1small sized Cabbage
  9. 1 sachettomatoe puree
  10. 1/2 teaspoonCurry

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slice yam,sprinlle salt on it.

    Wash and cut carrots and cabbage

  3. 3

    Soak both in warm water for 5mins add a punch of salt.

    After that turn the heat off.

    Sieve out the water after 5mins.mix the mayonise

  6. 6

    Fry very well at least 2mins

  7. 7

    Fry the yam.turn at intervals but dont fry more than 2mins to avoid getting too strong.

    Fry for 1 min.add water but a little and boil.

  9. 9

    Add sliced onion and fry.

  10. 10

    After 1 min or more pour in the sliced yam.

    Add pepper and fry add curry.

    Put a frying pan on fire,when is hot pour un the vegetable oil.

  13. 13

    Put 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying.add sachet of puree tomatoes.
