35 mins
5 servings
  1. Kabobs
  2. 5Sausage links
  3. 1 lbbacon
  4. 1 packagesdried apricots (the package I bought had about 40)
  5. 15to 20 skewers, soaked for 30 minutes in water
  6. Baste/Dipping sauce
  7. 3 tbspapricot preserves
  8. 3 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 tbspdijon mustard
  10. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

35 mins
  1. 1

Precook sausage, boil 10 minutes then cool and cut in 1/4 inch slices

  2. 2

Weave on the skewers in a ribbon like fashion: alternating with the bacon, sausage, bacon, apricots.

  3. 3

Repeat until all sausage is skewered.

  4. 4

Combine the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. (I used my magic bullet for this step)

  5. 5

Grill kabobs until bacon is cooked through, using basting sauce frequently.

  6. 6

    Enjoy.
