Cooking Instructions
- 1
Precook sausage, boil 10 minutes then cool and cut in 1/4 inch slices
- 2
Weave on the skewers in a ribbon like fashion: alternating with the bacon, sausage, bacon, apricots.
- 3
Repeat until all sausage is skewered.
- 4
Combine the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. (I used my magic bullet for this step)
- 5
Grill kabobs until bacon is cooked through, using basting sauce frequently.
- 6
Enjoy.

Peach flavor pairs so well with bbq sauce. My favorite part is that there are 3 food groups on 1 stick! We had no peppers so I improvised with broccoli! Yum! This can be made in the oven or on the grill, and also in an air fryer as well! Chef Mommy Nessa -
